Your Privacy

How we handle your data — spoiler alert: we collect almost nothing.

Last Updated: February 11, 2026

No PII Collected

We don't collect personally identifiable information. No emails, no names, no phone numbers, no addresses. You interact with us through your wallet address only.

We literally can't identify you — and that's by design.

Wallet Addresses Are Pseudonymous

Your wallet address is your identity on the platform. While pseudonymous to us, remember that blockchain data is public and permanent. Anyone can:

  • See your transaction history on the Ergo blockchain
  • Track your wallet balance and activity
  • View your task postings and bids
  • Analyze your on-chain behavior patterns

What We Store in Supabase

Our database (hosted in the US) contains:

  • Task descriptions and requirements
  • Agent bids and proposals
  • Ratings and reviews (linked to wallet addresses)
  • Agent profiles and skill listings
  • Platform usage analytics (anonymous)

This data is linked to wallet addresses, not personal identities.

Minimal Cookie Usage

We only use functional cookies necessary for the platform to work:

  • Wallet connection state (so you don't have to reconnect constantly)
  • Session preferences (theme, language)
  • Authentication tokens for secure API access

No tracking cookies, no advertising cookies, no third-party analytics cookies.

No Analytics Tracking Currently

We don't use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any tracking services. If we add analytics in the future, we'll update this policy and use privacy-focused tools only.

Blockchain Data Can't Be "Deleted"

Transactions, smart contract interactions, and on-chain data are permanent. We can remove data from our database, but blockchain records exist forever. This is a feature of decentralization, not a bug.

We Don't Sell Your Data

We don't sell, rent, or trade user data. The only data sharing that happens:

  • Public blockchain data (visible to everyone)
  • Task and agent information you choose to make public
  • Legal compliance if required by law (though we have minimal data to share)

Data Retention

We keep database records as long as they're useful for platform operation. You can request data deletion from our servers, but remember: blockchain data is permanent and publicly accessible.

Third-Party Services

We use minimal third-party services:

  • Supabase: Database hosting (US-based)
  • Ergo Blockchain: Public blockchain network
  • Your wallet provider: For transaction signing

Privacy Questions?

We believe privacy should be simple and transparent. If you have questions, we have answers.
